Washington DC is one of the most demanding ground transportation markets in the country. If your company needs a reliable, professional operator for DC-area trips — one that handles your clients the way you would — DC Black Cars provides structured ground coverage for transportation companies, fixed base operators, travel management companies, and crew coordinators.
The DC Ground Coverage Program is designed for companies that book transportation on behalf of their own clients — not for organizations arranging transportation for their own internal team. If you are arranging transportation for your organization’s employees or executives, Corporate Accounts is the right page.
Chauffeured transportation operators based outside the DC metro who need reliable ground coverage for clients traveling to Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Sedan, SUV, Sprinter, and coach coverage available. Your clients experience DC Black Cars service — professionally handled on your behalf.
Fixed-base operators and charter companies may request ground coverage at Dulles, Reagan National, Leesburg Executive, and other confirmed airports. The booking should identify the current facility and authorized meeting point. Ramp or aircraft-side access is never implied and remains subject to airport, FBO, operator, and security approval for the movement.

Contact us to discuss your coverage needs, typical trip types, vehicle requirements, and how you want the working relationship to operate. Most arrangements are set up in a single call or email exchange.
For each trip, contact us by phone or email with the passenger, pickup location, destination, vehicle type, and timing. We confirm availability and pricing directly with you — not your client, unless instructed otherwise.
DC Black Cars handles dispatch, chauffeur coordination, flight tracking for airport runs, and all logistics. Post-trip, we report back as agreed. Billing per the terms established for your account.
Payment is collected per trip. For established partner accounts, we can provide a monthly statement summarizing all completed trips for your records and reconciliation. Billing terms are confirmed during account setup.
Service requests are reviewed across the District, Northern Virginia, and Maryland, with long-distance requests to destinations such as New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Richmond subject to route and availability confirmation.
Yes. Most of our ground coverage partners are operators based in other markets — New York, Chicago, Atlanta, internationally — who need a reliable DC operator for client trips. The program is specifically designed for this relationship.
Only as instructed by you. By default, we coordinate exclusively with the partner company. If you instruct us to contact the passenger directly for pickup coordination, we do so. Your client relationship is yours.
Payment is collected per trip. For established partner accounts we provide a monthly statement summarizing all completed trips. Billing terms and preferred payment method are confirmed during account setup.
Requests can be made 24 hours a day, 365 days. Service remains subject to vehicle, chauffeur, access, and trip confirmation; early-morning, late-night, or last-minute requests should not be treated as confirmed until accepted.
Long-distance and regional requests may be discussed for confirmed routes from Washington or IAD. The responsible operator, vehicle, driver-hours plan, pricing, communications, border requirements when applicable, and client handoff must be agreed before service.
