International patients and accompanying family members may need a coordinated sequence from IAD, DCA, BWI, or a private-aviation facility to a hotel, furnished residence, hospital, specialist office, rehabilitation property, and follow-up appointments. A family office, medical concierge, embassy coordinator, hospital international-services team, or authorized relative may place the request.
Provide the operating flight, arrival process, traveler contact, luggage, mobility equipment, caregiver or interpreter details, exact medical entrance, appointment arrival requirement, and return plan. Airport arrivals include a 30-minute grace period, except at FBOs. FBO waiting terms are confirmed separately; no grace period applies to FBO pickups. Flight monitoring supports dispatch, but cancellations, diversions, rebookings, and changed flight numbers must be reported directly.
