Northern Virginia high school prom season typically runs from late April through early June. The most in-demand weekends fill earliest — often by February or March for popular date ranges. Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, and Arlington schools often share adjacent prom weekends, which concentrates demand significantly. Booking by January or February for a spring prom is advisable.
Vehicle choice should follow the actual passenger count, formal attire, belongings, access, and planned stops. A stretch limousine accommodates up to eight, an SUV may suit a smaller party, and the usable passenger capacity of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter depends on the assigned vehicle and its seating and luggage configuration. Ask for the exact class and usable capacity in writing rather than choosing from a generic photograph.
DC Black Cars provides professional, uniformed chauffeurs for all prom bookings. Vehicles are inspected before each booking. We confirm the agreed pickup and return times and locations with the booking party in advance. Post-prom pickups are handled by the same professional chauffeur who handled the pre-prom run wherever possible, maintaining consistency and reliability for the return portion of the evening.
