A Better Way to Move Between Homes, Developments and Appointments

High-value property itineraries often include several private addresses, a builder’s sales gallery, an architect meeting, lender or settlement appointment and lunch with the client. A dedicated transportation plan keeps the schedule in order and leaves the agent or host free to focus on the visit. Provide each stop’s full address, appointment time, expected duration and the contact who can approve a change.

DC Black Cars serves as a transportation provider for the passenger itinerary. We are not a brokerage, showing agent, home builder, lender, settlement provider, courier or property representative. The client’s agent, host or authorized professional arranges showing access, keys, disclosures, closing documents and appointment confirmation.

A client may request an airport arrival followed by a hotel, property tour and dinner; an out-of-area buyer may need a full day across Potomac, Bethesda, Great Falls, McLean, Tysons, Ashburn, Aldie or Middleburg; a builder may coordinate visits to a model home and several communities. These are different schedules, so share the actual sequence rather than a broad “property tour” label.

Service for Luxury Homes, Builders and Residential Developers

Residential builders and developers may arrange transportation for prospective buyers, referral partners, executives, architects, investors or visiting sales teams. For a planned preview, list each community entrance, model-home location, on-site contact and appointment window. New developments may have incomplete street addresses, construction access gates or temporary road patterns; give the approved route and do not assume a driver may enter an active work zone.

A luxury real estate agent can coordinate a client itinerary with several homes and private viewings. Provide the passenger list, pickup address, property order, planned viewing times and any expected stops. If the buyer wants a change based on a showing, the authorized person should send the revised address and timing while there is enough time to review the route and availability.

For a private residence or gated community, the property owner, listing agent or security desk determines guest approval and entry. Share gate instructions only through the authorized coordinator. The chauffeur can take passengers to the approved entrance or loading area, but cannot provide access, escort guests through a home, supervise a showing or handle keys.

Transportation for Realtors, Mortgage Teams and Settlement Professionals

Real estate brokerages, mortgage and loan officers, law firms, title agencies and settlement companies may need a dependable way to move clients between an airport, office, property and closing appointment. A coordinator can request separate pickups for buyers and family members or arrange a shared trip when the schedule and passenger preferences allow. The service is a passenger ride and does not include handling, signing, transporting or safeguarding legal, financial or closing documents.

For an on-time closing or lender appointment, schedule the pickup with buffer based on the route, building entry and required check-in. Do not rely on a driver to guarantee a legal, financing or settlement deadline if the client is delayed or the building’s visitor process takes longer than expected. If an appointment time is fixed, tell us the required arrival time and the actual start time.

Organizations can review corporate accounts and coordinated billing. A law firm may also use our corporate transportation for client visits and executive meetings. For an individual household or family office, see private client chauffeur service.

Privacy, Arrival Details and Vehicle Selection

Property itineraries can reveal a client’s home search, investment interests, schedule and prospective residence. Send only the details required to route the vehicle and coordinate pickup. The booking coordinator should identify who may receive trip updates and approve additional stops. Avoid putting sensitive transaction notes or account information into a transportation request.

Choose the vehicle based on the passengers and any bags, presentation materials, samples or personal belongings. A sedan or SUV may suit an individual client and agent; a Sprinter or larger vehicle may be appropriate for a buyer’s family or a builder group when seating, luggage and community access all fit. Share any needed privacy or accessibility arrangements at the time of request.

If the tour begins at an airport, provide the operating flight, traveler mobile number, luggage and confirmed terminal meeting instructions. Airport arrivals include a 30-minute grace period, except at FBOs. FBO waiting terms are confirmed separately; no grace period applies to FBO pickups. Commercial-airport or FBO procedures should not be combined because release and pickup rules vary.

Plan Multi-Stop Tours Across the DMV

The property market connects urban condos and embassies in DC with estates, new construction, country properties and suburban communities throughout Maryland and Northern Virginia. A cross-market tour may start in Washington and include Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase, McLean, Great Falls, Tysons, Reston, Ashburn or Aldie. Longer routes to Richmond, Charlottesville, Baltimore or the Eastern Shore require realistic time between appointments and may need a separate long-distance plan.

For rural estates or active developments, confirm a reliable passenger meeting point and ensure the vehicle can safely turn around and load there. Gravel roads, gates, construction vehicles and private roads can change the usable route. The property contact, not the chauffeur, decides whether a private drive or site entrance is authorized. If only a nearby public location is approved, identify it in advance.

A multi-hour tour may benefit from a defined hourly service window, but service hours, driver scheduling, meal/rest periods and overnight positioning must be discussed and confirmed. A loosely estimated tour does not guarantee availability beyond the approved schedule. For vehicle options, review the fleet; for a new itinerary, use the request form or call 202-972-0003.

A Transportation Partner for Client-Facing Professionals

Builders, brokerages, mortgage teams, settlement offices, private client advisors and real estate attorneys may make introductions or request a ride for a client. Establish who books, who pays, who receives the chauffeur’s contact details and who may authorize itinerary changes. Where recurring trips are expected, an account discussion can set out administrative preferences while each trip remains individually confirmed.

The client-facing professional remains responsible for property access, showing appointments, transaction communications, closing documents and legal or financial advice. DC Black Cars transports the people on the itinerary and follows the confirmed passenger instructions. Do not leave documents, keys or valuables with the chauffeur as a substitute for a secure courier or closing process.
