Conference shuttles, corporate events, wedding guest programs and airport group transfers using confirmed Sprinters, mini-coaches or motorcoaches. Published capacities are planning ranges; exact seats, luggage space, accessibility and equipment must be confirmed.
Washington DC is one of the country’s most active group transportation markets. Conferences, conventions, corporate retreats, government programs, university events, weddings, and sports events all generate demand for organized group transportation throughout the DC metro. DC Black Cars provides group transportation services across all of these categories, with a fleet that covers every group size from 8 to 56 passengers.
For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, confirm the assigned vehicle's seating and luggage capacity before booking. Mini-coaches and motorcoaches can serve larger groups, but the exact equipment must be selected from the usable passenger count, accessibility, storage, route, venue limits, and service window rather than a broad group-size label.
DC Black Cars also coordinates multi-vehicle group programs — where multiple sedans, SUVs, and Sprinters operate simultaneously to move a conference group across multiple hotel properties and venues on a coordinated schedule.
BMW 5 Series, Mercedes-Benz E-Class or similar. The executive standard for airport transfers, corporate travel, and discreet point-to-point service.
Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL, Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, or similar. Standard and premium classes are confirmed separately at booking.
Interior height, seating layout, storage, and amenities vary by vehicle configuration. Preferred for group travel, wine tours, and long-distance runs.
Lincoln MKT Stretch or similar for weddings, prom, and formal occasions. Formal-wear comfort may require a lower working capacity.
Conference shuttles, corporate groups, and wedding guest transportation.
Large corporate events, government delegations, and major group charters.
Corporate groups in Washington DC commonly require transportation between the office or hotel and a venue, airport group arrivals and departures on the same day, multi-stop client entertainment programs, and annual meeting or conference shuttles. DC Black Cars coordinates corporate group transportation from 6 passengers in a Sprinter to large groups requiring multiple coaches, with dispatch managing the vehicles in real time.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter capacity depends on the confirmed interior and luggage configuration, and can suit office groups, wedding parties, and private tours. Mini-coach and motorcoach capacities vary by assigned equipment; confirm the exact passenger, accessibility, and storage requirements before selecting a group vehicle.
